Salesmanship is a kind of act of selling goods successfully to the
customers. The product of a company or a factory reaches the customers
through salesmanship. In another word, it is also considered a psychological
art. It plays an important role to persuade
the customers to buy goods. It helps to create demands and therefore to satisfy
the need of the customer with goods and
services. It helps to establish continuous and profitable relations between
the buyers and sellers. It helps to flourish a
business. The success or failure of a business depends on salesmanship. It can increase the sales and maximise the profit. So salesmanship
is very important in the field of business. In our country many educated people have been suffering from
unemployment problem. The big companies find salesman or salesgirls for their sales centres. Thus it can remove our
unemployment problem. One may shows his
creativity, activeness and style through this salesmanship. Because it is a
psychological art. Now both man and woman
participate themselves as salesman and show performances. In many institutes
they are trained well. In commercial world salesmanship is very important. It
plays an important role for marketing. The authority should take care to salesmanship.
