Continuous practice of yoga can make us free from all these. yoga might help one with a vanity of health condition, such as cancer, depression, pain, fatigue. it also can help reduce heart beat and blood pressure to drop extra fats. But one should not expect that yoga can cure one or offer him 100 percent relief. It just can be an enjoyable supplement to ones regular fitness solutions.
